Our Association

The Farmington Station HOA was founded in January of 2009 by a majority vote of the neighborhood at the first annual general meeting. The legal name filed at the Rankin County Chancery Clerk office is Ashton Heights of Farmington Station. Prior to the meeting covenants were enforced by the developer. Eight board representatives were appointed due to their interest and work beginning the HOA. Three new members were voted onto the board by the homeowners’ vote. The HOA is now in charge of Farmington Station.

All Homeowners in Farmington Station are members of the FSHOA. The members elect the Board of Directors to represent them in important decisions regarding Farmington Station. One of the main functions of the FSHOA is to enforce the Farmington Station neighborhood covenants. Proper and consistent enforcement of our covenants is the single most important thing we can do to protect the value of our homes and integrity of our neighborhood. Home-Land Neighborhood Management was hired in 2012 to manage the finances, violations, and other day to day operations of the FSHOA.
