ABOUT FARMINGTON STATION

Farmington Station is a close-knit community, nestled conveniently off of Old Fannin Road, in Rankin County. For those who like boating, fishing or viewing spectacular sunsets, the Ross Barnett Reservoir is only minutes away. Farmington Station is also located a short distance from Lakeland Dr (Hwy 25), a major thoroughfare for all the retail shopping, restaurants and commercial services that you could ask for close to home. 

Farmington Station has has beautifully landscaped entrance and thoroughfare providing easy access to the 460 plus households, who are all members of the Homeowners Association. The HOA has an active board who help insure covenants are enforced to protect the property value for the good of all.

Rankin county is known for its excellent educational school system. School age children who reside in Farmington Station will attend either Flowood Elementary SchoolNorthwest Rankin Middle School or Northwest Rankin High School. NWRHS has recently been awarded the STAR school designation. High quality day care, preschool and private schools K-12 are also located within 5 miles or less of Farmington Station. Churches of all denominations can be found within minutes of the neighborhood.
